Fuel For All Clad Fondue Pot

Biscuits Rice

Strolling on Wired New York I found many delicious recipes that make me want to shut myself in the kitchen and prepare something autumnal.
Winter is just around the corner though still possibly did not even pack up and return ticket ... Which recipe cover 'for the winter ...? Eeeeeh ... I hope very little since the time will be zero with all the courses that I have to follow ... you can expect something for the holidays: P announcement and this winter there who want to try for Christmas in SICILIAN CASSATA! MWAHAHHAHAHAHA!

Eeeeeeeeh finally ... I decided to try the rice flour I had in my pantry for several weeks ... and this is the result! Cookies ... cookies rice flour? MEDALLIONS!
The flavor is very mild [although to me personally after the second biscuit oven ...] I am the first Pucci in coffee ... and may remain there: they are very brittle.

Ingredients: 75 grams of flour 00

100
rice flour 10 g yeast 100 g butter

about 4 tablespoons milk 100 g sugar
yolk [dose doubled for the use of about 40 biscuits an egg]

Working with the whisk the butter and sugar and then add the yolk. When you a paste made from good consistency add the sieved powder and milk. Continue to work for a few minutes to mix everything and unna slightly wet hands make small balls and flatten them a bit 'wet spoon.
Bake at 170 degrees for fifteen minutes or 20 minutes ... They should be golden and slightly SOGNATEVI NOT to do the test "sink the finger" at the beginning because it will be very soft and will harden.

Excellent poached in milk and coffee ... oppue with a good infusion of blueberries!

PS IF you could add half the mixture over biscuits or rice already cooked cabbage ... maybe the basmati ... Why did not I think of that before! )

Now I have left my classic problem: who will eat all that plate of cookies? Yes, because I always on a diet We can not afford everything '... mmm who will present? ): O
balls!
