As I advance here is "the real cake" that is, that does not mean that the other was false, but it was only a test .... so here's this puff pastry filled with a layer of whipped cream and a chocolate cream. Covered in whipped cream, decorated with Winnie the Pooh wafer on which I brushed a bit 'of gelatin to enhance the colors.
And here's the last slice ....
